Mitch Clarin, Founder and President of Blue Sky Home Center began his career as a contractor in Long Island, NY. After moving to California in 1991, he founded Blue Sky Home Center in Truckee. Mitch is committed to serving his community and has held several board positions for the local Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe, Nevada County Contractors Association, and the Tahoe Donner® Architectural Standards Committee. He is currently the President of the Rotary Club of Truckee and serves on the Local Government Relations committee for the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors. Mitch is also a licensed California Building Contractor, California real estate broker, and member of the National and California Association of Realtors®. In 2003 he was honored as the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors® Broker of the Year and he was recently nominated for the 2006 Volunteer of the Year by the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce.

Emily Heldman has joined Blue Sky Home Center just in the nick of time. With an office busseling with activity an office manager was just what was needed. Born and raised in Lake Tahoe and Truckee, Emily has a great love for her home in the Sierras. Though she left to attend college in Santa Barbara and tried to find her place here and there, Emily has found her calling where she is rooted. Throughout her upbringing Emily was exposed to both the home building and real estate professions as her parents built and sold homes in the area. Today she brings this knowledge, strong work ethic and innate social skills to the Blue Sky Home Center. With an eye for detail and a drive for marketing, Emily is a great asset for the Realtors and their clients. Emily has worked with another local real estate firm for the past 2 1Ú2 years honing her craft and is now excited and motivated to join Mitch Clarin at Blue Sky Home Center.

Meghan David is the Director of the Property Management Department. Her experience working with both homeowners and tenants has sharpened her organizational skills and strengthened her commitment to service. Always focusing on integrity, quality and communication, she strives to provide a hassle-free experience for all who work with Blue Sky Home Center’s Property Management Department.
