Great program for owners who rent properties out themselves and need someone in the neighborhood to call on.

• Access to our 24 hour emergency line- Someone from Blue Sky is always on call.

• At owners request provide keys for owner’s guests or repair services, No additional fee.

• Access to our cleaning service- (house keeper or property manager will view the property and then give the flat rate cost per clean.)

• Assistance in gathering bids for projects and maintenance items outside the scope of the monthly maintenance agreement, 25% overhead and 15% profit mark ups will apply.

• Access to property manager opening home for service calls,(hourly rate of $90.00 per hour billed in 20 minute increments apply)

• Access to mechanical snow removal of walk ways, stairs and decks(hourly rate of $49.50 per hour per person apply)
