Our head house keeping will meet with you to estimate how long the clean will take.

Special discount for clients who participate in any one of our programs, Real Estate, Construction, Maintenance program, Property Management, regular cleans etc… Deep clean rate is discounted call for pricing.

Vacation cleans

(Flat rates apply after property has been evaluated and determined to need or not to need a deep clean).

From a Studio to a one level three bedroom home there is a flat rate of $135.00 per clean.

From a large one level three bedroom to a three bedroom with a loft or bonus room there is a flat rate of $157.50 per clean.

Four bedrooms +there is a flat rate of $180.00 per clean.

All cleans include linens.
